Landbot Scheduled Maintenance - July 1, 2025/ 09.30 AM CET Jul 1, 2025 09:30-11:30 CEST

On July 1, 2025, at 9:30 AM CET, we will be performing internal database maintenance to improve platform performance and reliability.

The estimated duration of the maintenance is approximately 2 hours, with a brief downtime of around 15 minutes expected during this window.

During the downtime, some metrics-related data may not be recorded, and the following services may experience temporary interruptions:
- Metrics graphs (Analyze and Metrics sections)
- Integration and WhatsApp log tables
- Agent metrics
- Chat counters in the bot list

Important: User data collected by bots during this period will not be affected and will remain fully accessible in the Conversations Data section.

Our team will work to minimize the impact and ensure the process runs smoothly. Once the maintenance is completed, all services will be fully operational.

Technical incident affecting WhatsApp bots
Resolved - The issue affecting WhatsApp chatbots has now been resolved.

Incident Timeline:

- At approximately 20:00 CET, we began observing intermittent issues with WhatsApp chatbot responses.

- By 02:30 AM CET, the WhatsApp service became completely unresponsive.

Our team investigated and worked on restoring the service, which is now fully operational.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue.
